I want shop Establishment licenses, for that, which documents required. Please help.

Docs required are generally:
For Propreitory firm
- Undertaking
• For Partnership firm
- Undertaking
- Deed of partnership
• For Public/Private Ltd. Company
- Undertaking
- Memorandum of Article and Memorandum of Association
- List of Directors with Residential Address.
-Acceptable DOCS as a ID Proof & Address Prood:
1. PAN CARD
2. ELECTRIC BILL
3. SOCIETY MAINTAINCE BILL / OR RENT AGREEMENT
4. DRIVING LICENSE OR PASSPORT OR ELECTION ID
5. COVER LETTER
6. FORM A
7. UNDERTAKING
8. AFFIDAVIT FOR DECLARATION
9. 2 LETTER HEADS
10. VISITING CARD
11. ONE PHOTO
