kindly tell me that during my articleship perod i have already taken transfer 2 times ie i have been served as an article under 3 principals .

Now can i take transfer 3rd time for industrial training as i am in my last year of industrial training.

I had to take transfer becoz my princpal had resigned and second time becoz work was not good.

i have heard in order to open a ca firm you must be atleast 5 yrs experience.

deat sir, i hav opt a new signature. i am registered with the icai with my old signature. what should i do now. i jst cleared out my ipce n i nw wish to enroll myself as a final stdnt. does i need to send a letter to the institute intimating the change in my signature or i should get myself register in ca final with the icai with my new signature directly..????

I have cleared my both ipcc groups sepratly.
As i have lost my 1st group marksheet, now please tell me if i can be registered as an article with my 2nd group marksheet as i had lost my 1st group marksheet and it will take about one month to acqire it.

I have lost my ipcc 1st group marksheet.Due to this i have become unable to be registered as an article.

If someone's pan card has been lost and he wants to reissue the new one....How to proceed in following circumstances:

1)He do not have photocopy of his pan card,
2)He don't know the date of birth which was given for pan card in department,
3)He did not have any other document from where he can get info. about date of birth...

Plz tell me the possible procedure to know about the date of birth so that request for new pan card can be made.

A company has purchased an agricultural land, which is situated within 8 kms from the municipality limit. The land records with the authorities reflect that the said land is an 'agricultural land'.

Whether the same would be covered within the purview of 'urban land' and taxable to wealth tax?

Can it be interpreted that no construction is permissible on agricultural land and hence, even if the said land is situated within the specified limit, the same is not subject to wealth tax?
