My attempt falls due this may2013 for ipcc.
My level of preparation for the first group is totally unsatisfactory as of now.
And i have my second group books stacked in a not-yet-opened bundle.
So,i have two choices right now
1.go for the first group alone{which might involve selective study and here luck might play a crucial role}
2. go for both the groups in nov 2013 thereby skipping an eligible attempt{here i am confident enough to cover the lenght of the syllabus twice with time for atleast one revision too}

And, i so badly want to go for both groups in nov but nobody supports this idea saying this is the most stupidest thing.
I have heard of people who have gotten a rank doing this and also those who havent yet cleared after 3 or 4 attempts.

PLEASE throw in your views. I need views from different people to settle on something.Please help me out soon as i am in a dilemma.

btw i got 95% in cbseXII and 145 in cpt....

Sir, I am doing article ship from last 20 months i.e. more than 1 year. I am residing in mumbai and doing articleship here only. In mumbai i am residing with my relatives whereas my parents are living in rajasthan

Now Due to some reason i have to shift rajasthan with my parents. Can I apply for transfer of articleship. Can i be allowed for transfer as i am moving from one state to another.

In form-2 for membership, they have asked us to mention whether we intend to pratice or do job. As of now i want to try for job and after gaining some experience i will start my practice.

My query is that- is it OK if write that "i wish to do job now ?"
and when i wish to practice can I send the form again?

Hello Sir, I was planning to give my ipcc both groups first attempt in November 2013. I completed my cpt in December 2012. But now i find the syllabus a little lengthy. I was aiming at getting the gold medal for passing all the levels in the first attempt. So if I give the may 2014 attempt instead of the November one, would I no longer be eligible for the medal ? And also for articleship do big companies consider your preparation time span ? Pls answer in detail. Thank you.

Coz; am working in an organization right now, so i would prefer to go for practical training after Professional programme CS.

if i skip the may 2013 ipcc attempt, will the exemption of may 2012 carried forward to Nov 2013 or i shall have to appear for the same..??

Dear Sir,
Can a builder proprietor sell a couple of his flats to his sons? There is already family partition. Is is ok as per hindu succesion laws? will or will not I.T. Dept frown upon this.Can it say that what was the need for proprietor to sell something which after his life was afterall his sons property.
