14 February 2013 What's the limit to contribute ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan)to employees by the Employer and to how many employees he can contribute?

15 February 2013 ESOPs are voluntary in nature hence there is no limit on amount of contribution.

The Employees fulfilling the required criteria decided by the company can avail ESOP.

And what are the criteria's employee should fulfill in that case?

17 February 2013 For ESOPs, The Company may be listed or unlisted. The basic idea behind ESOP is to retain employees within the company for a long period of time. So, not only criterias but the HR department of the company prepares the whole ESOP Policy as per their need.
