Iam completed my B.com, i want to join for IPCC, but i have doubt about the article ship, in IPCC 2 groups are available, if i join for IPCC,
after completion of 1st group, then before attending the 2nd group article ship is mandatory right.

Please clear my doubts

bcoz iam doing job, if i joing articleship after completion for Group 1, upto that, i have to plan to save some money for regular expenses.

My Articles started on 26th August 2012 and Terminated on 2nd November 2012.I sent my articles termination form (108 & 109) to Chennai through courier on 21st January 2013. Till now I did not get any return communication from Institute.Can I Re-register Under Another CA without any communication from Institute??

* if Exporter is not able to fulfill EO completely both in terms of value for advance authorization and paid penalty to custom authority though TR challan for duty saved amount along with applicable interest.

Whether DGFT can demand penalty for non fulfillment of EO in above case.

Will i face any issues from office or does my boss have right to stop me to go out of town for the trining?? I would like to know whether i will be successful in completing GMCS fron Bangalore?? kindly tell me that during my articleship perod i have already taken transfer 2 times ie i have been served as an article under 3 principals .

Now can i take transfer 3rd time for industrial training as i am in my last year of industrial training.

I had to take transfer becoz my princpal had resigned and second time becoz work was not good.

deat sir, i hav opt a new signature. i am registered with the icai with my old signature. what should i do now. i jst cleared out my ipce n i nw wish to enroll myself as a final stdnt. does i need to send a letter to the institute intimating the change in my signature or i should get myself register in ca final with the icai with my new signature directly..????

I have cleared my both ipcc groups sepratly.
As i have lost my 1st group marksheet, now please tell me if i can be registered as an article with my 2nd group marksheet as i had lost my 1st group marksheet and it will take about one month to acqire it.
