Can an advocate become CA without taking training from a CA.

Following the amendment to the Hindu Succession Act in 2005, daughters can become coparceners of a HUF and can remain coparceners even after their marriage.

If a HUF has only a male Karta (father) and only married daughters as coparceners (no sons), after the death or incapacitation of the Karta, can the eldest daughter become the Karta of the HUF ? Can anyone cite any case law or other judgment that answers this question ?

I have registered for IPCC and articles under direct entry scheme on 27th january 2013 in order to write exams in nov 2013 attempt.i have not completed my ITT and orientation programme but i have started articleship training.i got my registration letter and i will start my ITT and orientation course in a month.can i know whether iam eligible for the nov 2013 attempt?
