ESI: 15000 ( Gross Salary)

I think it is maximum limit, but I want to know the minimum limit, from which minimum salary i can deduct esi & pf on behalf of company of west bengal.
Plz. reply.
But you also need comply with Payment of Minimum Wages Act applicable to your state.
So employees would be having sufficient salary due from employer to contribute towards PF and ESI.
