Also is it compulsory to give Exemption test as i am working so want to know if this can be ignored and if still mendetory where are the SIFY centers in Mumbai?

how to trace bank cheque of union bank of india where cheque is issue and it is deposited into party account and in my bank statement there is no full details available and there is no bill to bill payment so
how can i come to know about this cheque. i have not written in record slip.

I don't know how i registered it in under society act, co-operative society act
But not in partnership act, and not in company act.
