I HAVE REGISTERED FOR IPCC STAGE FOR MY NOVEMBER ATTEMPT .I HAVE SUBMITTED ALL RELATED DOCUMENT AT ICAI,KARKARDOOMA,DELHI.BUT TILL NOW I HAV'NT RECIEVED MY REGISTRATION LETTER.I AM WORRIED IF I M REGISTERED OR NOT.WHAT SHOULD I DO? My client who was running his business as a sole proprietor is no more and hence his legal heir is willing to cancel the Proprietorship registered under my client's name.

Kindly suggest the steps to be followed for closing a proprietorship business. Will the cancellation of VAT registration alone do the needful for cancellation.

What are the rights of doner of a donation given to any charitable trust.

can a religious trust use the donation received by him for a programme organised for celebrating birthday or the samadhi day of their guru, where only the deciple of the guru are allowed to attend the programme and they are paying for the cost of the programme.
Can a trust who has having 80G registration, and the donation received by it is exempted (50%) in the hand of doner, can deny the permission to general public to attand the programme without paying the amount they are charging for the cost of the programme organied by the trust. They claim it as inhouse programme but using the donation received from the general public by them.

Omission to file Form 23B in earlier years prior to year 2009-2010 (ROC issued notice u/s 234 (1) ).
Can the Form 23B filed now with late payment fees.

Query related to Company Law

The audit of Limited Company (Listed) was conducted by Firm A upto FY 2008-2009.

Audit of the same Company was conducted by Firm B for F.Y. 2009-2010 and accordingly, Form 23B was filed.

Thereafter, appointment letters for the F.Y.’s 2010-2011, 2011-2012 & 2012-2013 were inadvertantly issued by the Company in the name of the Firm ‘A’ and accordingly due to clerical error Form 23B were also filed by Firm ‘A’. Whereas, audit of the same Company for the F.Y.’s 2010-2011 & 2011-2012 was conducted by Firm ‘B’.

Please suggest the remedial measures.

trainee. Our working days are Monday to Friday (5 Days), timing is 9.30 am to 5.30 pm
please tell the total leave of articleship training period of an IPCC student.

Can anyone tell me the requirement of CPE Hours. I registerd as a member in Feb 2013 so what is the requirement for me to ensure the compliance of CPE Hours.
Is there is any exemption in the very first year of registration as a member.
