my 2nd year of articleship gets over in march and I want to do Industrial training in finance sector.. is that a good option? if yes can any1 help me with good finance companies and also should I start applying from now ?

I have filed a Form 1A for incorporation of a section 25 Company. The name got approved but later on we decided that we will form a Company limited by guarantee and not limited by shares. Now I need to file Form 68. But as per Form 68 guidelines of MCA Form 68 can be filed in respect of Form 1A mistake only after Filing of Form 1. Now my query is this seems a little absurd and moreover the MCA fees for a Company limited by shares and limited by guarantee is different which has to be paid while filing Form 1,18 and 32. Please help
