Section 25 company formation

14 September 2013 I have filed a Form 1A for incorporation of a section 25 Company. The name got approved but later on we decided that we will form a Company limited by guarantee and not limited by shares. Now I need to file Form 68. But as per Form 68 guidelines of MCA Form 68 can be filed in respect of Form 1A mistake only after Filing of Form 1. Now my query is this seems a little absurd and moreover the MCA fees for a Company limited by shares and limited by guarantee is different which has to be paid while filing Form 1,18 and 32. Please help

14 September 2013 For this you will file a new Form-1A with ROC giving NOC that the name approved have the same promoter and have no objection for forming company with this name.

I will suggest you to firstly contact to the concern ROC for the same.
