Whether A CA employed under a CA Firm can do his Own Practice along with....if yes Can he also become a Partner in another CA Firm??

Either a CA can do Practice or Job or both,
Working under another CA as an employee will be treated as a Job,
As there is an Employer and Employee relationship...
