Please guide me on ATC.

CAN I DO CA AGAIN EVEN AFTER TAKING ATC CERTIFICATE? IF YES, THEN WILL I HAVE TO PASS CPT AGAIN?

I am CA final student . My articleship training is going. I am also doing CS but have not started articleship training under CS yet.
The CA Institute has asked me to furnish the registration letter of CS course duly signed and stamped by the Institute mentioning that no classes are required for the said course.

If anyone can help me how to get this confirmation from CS Institute. Is Institute will write this confirmation and where should i go for it?

Now i need to update DSC at MCA Portal with newly issued DSC but while updation it is mandatory to provide 'MOTHERS MAIDEN NAME' which i have completely forgot. So, please give me solution so that i can register the DSC to file the ROC Forms at my earliest.

hello sir can u tell me that can I take transfer on the basis of late payment of stipend i.e. I joined on 20-6-2013 and received stipend on 27-8-2013 and this situation is persisting now means I am receiving stipend after one month from completion of month please tell me the answer

In general scenario Long term deposit interest rates should be higher than Short term deposit interest rates. But why the banks are giving low interest rate as increase the term of deposits?

For eg:
7 days to 60 days
8.50%

61 days to 1 year
8.25%

1 year to 2 years
6.80%

211 days to 1 year
7.50%

1 year to less than 2 years
8.75%

2 years to less than 5 years
8.75%

5 years and up to 10 years
8.75%

So my doubt is why the banks are offer this type of rates even for short term and long term?

Auditor is having internet banking facility in only Bank of India's account.
Auditor does not want to register for online banking in other account because of higher fraud risks.
Problem is that MCA does not accept payment from Bank of India.

Can a director of the company (registered on MCA portal) upload form 23B?

I have submitted the form for registration of articleship as on date 15th sept,2013 but till date i have not received any articleship registration letter and doesn't show any articleship status online.

hello experts.
i wanted to ask you a thing. suppose, a students 3.5 years of articleship period is over, and his principal shows his article extension. so will the principal's seat be vacant as soon as the article submits his form 108 showing extension. like what if the article stops pursing ca course,then in that case will the principal seat be blocked as the student wont complete his extension period????
