I am a CA Final Student in the end of First year of my Articleship. I would like to know about the SAP Training Course. Will it be beneficial for me after I complete my CA course? If yes then is it the right time to do the course??

1. Please tell me what is the due date for depositing contribution under ESIC. If i made advance payment for the month of April, May and June in the month of April only?
2. And if gross salary increased above 15000 in the month of November from retrospective effect i.e. from April month and arrears received in November than whether ESIC should be deduct from April month, of the employees of which esic not deduct in the preceding month.

1 ) Can an NRI from UK start a company in the status of an nri ? will he need to come to india for the proceedings ? can he do the same from UK? Can he draft Memorandum & Articles from UK itself and send to some professional in india for doing the other proceedings here ?
