1 ) Can an NRI from UK start a company in the status of an nri ? will he need to come to india for the proceedings ? can he do the same from UK? Can he draft Memorandum & Articles from UK itself and send to some professional in india for doing the other proceedings here ?
2 ) Can an NRI contribute foreign money to the increase in share capital of a company incorporated in india ?
