10 January 2014 sir,
i have completed 1 year of articleship and now i am selected in a PSU bank. can I do rest of the articleship period during sabbatical leave taken from the bank?

10 January 2014 it is advisable that you take permission from your HR...with regards to ICAI, you might be able to circumvent 112 requirements. But prefer to disclose the facts to of your sabbatical leave to your principal and ICAI.

10 January 2014 actually i was saying that if i join the job my articleship will have to be terminated. after few years if i take sabbatical leave from bank to complete my higher studies ,at that time can i re-register for articleship and complete my rest of the articleship period(i.e 2 years)?
because by taking leave i will still remain an employee of the bank and as per rule we can't work anywhere else during articleship.
