How to get registered for CS executive on the basis of CA CPT ??

dear sir/madam is there any possibility to take termination two times in the period of three years of articles

sir
i applied for revalidation of my ipcc registration on 4-2-2014
i didnot get the conformation letter
now in may 2014 exam application form there is a column as date of revalidation
now my doubt is how to fill this column without getting the conformation letter
if i leave it blank will my application be accepted or rejected ?
can i really leave it blank ?

I HAVE REGD.FOR ARTICLE ON 16/12/2013 & SUBMITTED THE FORM ON 27/12/13 BUT STILL I DIDN'T GOT THE MAIL OR ANY CONFIRMATION THAT AM REGD
HAV GOT A MSG THAT DIDNT RECD MY ACK RECEIPT DD NO.
BUT I HAV PAID FULL Rs.11000/- TOGETHER AT THE TIME OF IPCC REGTRATION
IAM SCARED THAT DIS MIGHT CAUSE ANY TROUBLE

when i filing exam form it ask re-validation date. my registration date was 24-1-2010,
i joined artilceship and received letter of registration mention that your article ship start from 26-9-2013 and you are register for ipcc 2nd group,
am i required for re-validation or not?

Details of my articleship are as follows:
1. started 9/9/2012
2. took termination on 28/2/2013 for a month (with total of 21 days leave during my articleship).
3. rejoined on 1/04/2013
4. as on 1/04/2013 my articleship remains for 2 yrs 6 months and 7 days

I wanted to know will I be able to appear for May 2015 exams.Will I be stopped, for just 7 days of my articleship remain under the eligibility criteria..
