Registration Procedure for Shop under Shop and Establishment Act

Step 1: Determine Jurisdiction
For Noida, registration is under the Uttar Pradesh Shops and Establishment Act, 1962.
For Delhi, registration is under the Delhi Shops and Establishment Act, 1954.
Step 2: Collect Required Documents
Proof of ownership or rent agreement of the shop premises
Identity proof of the owner (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, etc.)
Passport size photograph of the owner
Address proof of the business location (Electricity bill, property tax receipt, etc.)
Details of employees (if applicable)
Step 3: Application Form
Obtain the Registration Form for Shops and Establishment from:
Noida Authority or
Labour Department, Delhi website or office
In Delhi, you can apply online through the Labour Department portal: Labour Dept Delhi
Step 4: Fill the Form
Fill the application form with all details such as:
Name and address of the shop
Owner details
