Dear All,
I hv a excell sheet, there are three colomn A, B & C. A contains name of contries, b contains name of ministers all time and c contains sub ordinate officers as like follows :
A B C
India Manmohan rahul
atal bihari modi
lalu yadav mamta
US a x
b y
c z
There is big data and I need to create a diffrent worksheet for each contry means w.s. 1 india, w.s. 2 us etc by using conditional formatting.
Kindly help me in detail. Plz....

conditional formatting doesnt help you in such case..you need to use macros.
