What is the difference between SBLC AND BG ?

I gav my IPC grp 1st attempt in Nov 13 bt couldnt successed. I ws passed in costin & fm n law bt ws failed in a/c n tax. Due to B.Com exms n lack of preparations fr IPC i didnt gav d exams. Nw i hav to giv Nov 14 exms. I took coachin fr d entire subjects. So, I hav to prepare in home fr d xms. I feel irritated aftr studing d same subjects fr hours. Moreovr m mt frm commerce background. Should i continue CA. If yes , Please help how to plan my days...??? How to study smartly...??? How to prepare practical subjects ...??? How many tyms revision is required before exams...??? Plz help.

can you plz suggest a book for the same for ca final audit.

SURBHI MAM BOOK USES HER OWN LANGUAGE so i would like other book than that as its not possible to study from institute mam

companies act 2013 has been introduced so what effect will it have on ca final accounts paper.

i have read the notification but cannot understand what is the CHANGES CHAPTER SPECIFIC FOR NOV 2014 EXAM IN FINANCIAL REPORTING.

I cleared my CA-IPCC Both groups in may 2013.I joined for Articleship in 14/10/2013 and I taken Termination on 31/12/2013.I rejoined in other firm on 11/2/2014.ICAI not regitered my articles untill ca final registration.So,I paid my final fee in april 2014.MY CA final registration is completed.But my articleship was not regoistered.Because After my Termination,10 articles joined under previos auditor.If I call icai they are telling no vaccany under CA and they are not responding properly.SO,how can i get my articleship registration and registration.

In that case what the members can do ?

Where they will stay ?

If your answer is they should build the building again... Then suppose what if the person residing one ground floor does not have money for construction ?
