can HUF become a partner in partnership firm?

CAN AN ASSESSEE SALE HIS IEC ?

As on 1-4-2012 in partnership firm 3 partner out of which 2 mejor and 1 minor. As on 1-4-2013 minor become a mejor. After six month certain fraud found of 2012 in partnership firm. That to decide close firm. Who is liable for that fraud as per partnership act. If firm borrow certain amount from bank who is liable for repayment of laon.(banking regulations apply for laon taken)

my grandfather bought a property in delhi in 1966 for Rs 12,000.

we have sold this property for 3 crores and bought and apartment for 1 crore , this year-2014


Query:-
would there be any capital gains tax liable to us .if so, could we save capital gains tax by investing the rest of the money in a long term fixed deposit in a nationalized bank.

M trying to fill DIR12 for new director appointment but i can not fill the column of Certificate by practicing professional.Others fields was highlighted on this form but this part is not.CA's Digital signature field also not highlighted after click check form.If i not attached CA'S digital then also show that no Prescrutiny errors. What is to be done in case the defaults in tds intimations are wrong...?? Eg. we received an intimation showing late payment intt to be paid but we have already paid and adjusted it in original return.....talked at traces also but no satisfactory response from them....they just say pay the demand without giving reason for it to be paid....Hope I will get an ans here......Thanx in advance...
