Dear Experts,

What is Certificate of Membership (COM)?
i cleared CA final in May 2012 and i havent received my certificate of membership yet last month i received a communication from the institute regarding convocation for 2014 which states that members who were unable to collect COM in the past years can also collect it now. It wont be possible for me to attend the convocation due to job hours. Can anybody please suggest me whom to approach for the above query.

I also wrote an email to western region of ICAI (my zone) but they do not revert back same is the case when i talk to them on phone.

Request you to provide me with an insight on the above issue.
P.S. I am not a member in practice.

dear expert, I am in first year of articleship. I am taking transfer.my termination date is 2-8-13 to 25-7-14 as I m registered frm 2nd August 2013. my question is that at what date I will join other firm ? I mean to say that may I send form 103 with form 109 or I wait for icai or I do first send 109 and after one or two week I send form 103 ?
