sir..I have started my article ship from 10 December 2013 now I want to take transfer but my principal don't give signature on my 109 form ...so give me suggestions plz...what should I do ..how can I take transfer ..if I fill form no 120 then ...thanks for suggestions ...plz ..plz

I have issued passport, but not submitted education certificate, kindly inform we have to submit education certificate is mandatory for we are planning go to abroad.

I cleared ipcc yesterday..I hav scored in audit 46, in itsm 44 & in accounts 73..but now I'm tense about how to score in theory subject in ca final.?theory subject is my weakness.

auditor is appointed in Board of directors meeting on 25-06-2013. Form 23B is not filed. is company Require to file form GNL-2 with Adt-1 now in order to get SRN for 23AC Etc ??
what is the procedure if co. is require to file such form ?

I have deducted TDS on Prof. fees for Rs. 15,000/- on 30/04/2014 and I have paid the TDS on 06/06/2014 with 1.5% Interest for 2 months i.e. (15000+450 = 15,450/-). Now the Default notice for Rs. 693/- has been issued by authority.
Kindly guide me how much amount should I pay to Authority. Rs. (693-450 = 243/-) OR the Full amount i.e. Rs. 693/-.
