22 August 2014 sir i have completed my articleship.

should i fill form no 108 or 109 ??

i had once taken transfer so i had filled 109 now what to fill??

22 August 2014 you need to fill Form 108 now....

if would be highly helpful if you could kindly tell that

while filling form 108 there is an option for the

name of the organisation and
firm number ,

but i have done my articleship under indiviual ie under CA in his individual capacity so what should i fill there??

22 August 2014 he would still be having a trade name and Firm registration no. ask your CA to provide it to you.
