23 August 2014 I HAVE TAKEN A NEW DEBIT CARD FROM CENTRAL BANK 2 DAYS AGO......I M SUCCESSFUL IN USING IT IN ATM BUT UNABLE TO MAKE PAYMENT FOR NOV 14 EXAM....IT IS VERIFIED BY VISA CARD......WHETHER I HAVE TO REGISTER SOME WHERE ELSE TO MAKE ONLINE PAYMENT.........BANK OFFICIALS SAYS THAT CALL AT THE NUMBERS GIVEN ON BACK OF CARD.....BUT BOTH NO. ARE BUSY (I TRIED WHOLE DAY)...PLZ HELP....
