My articleship is going to complete its 1st year on 14th oct.2014,

but my GMCS-1 batch is from 1st oct. to 16 oct.2014,

now plz anyone tell me that is this fair for my final attempt or attempt will be late...

As provident fund limit is increased to Rs.15,000/- from Rs.6,000/- w.e.f. 1/9/2014.

Does this mean salary of august 2014 which is going to be paid in the month of september 2014 is required to be deducted PF on Rs.15,000/-.
OR
Salary for the month of september 2014 which is going to be paid in the month of october 2014 is required to deducted PF on Rs.15,000/-

the revised EPF &
ESIC is applicable w.e.f. 01-09-2014 that means will be applicable from the salary due Aug 14 payable in sep or due in Sep payable in oct ?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have received a letter from ICAI specifying that Articleship registration has been cancelled due to ineligibility of CA as he can't train more than 3 person. I was the 4th person to register. But after receipt of my letter, My CA received FCA certificate from Delhi. He sent a letter to ICAI regarding re-registration. My query is Whether they will register me for this letter or I have to follow any other procedures regarding this?? Please help me. I am worried.

I am in 2nd year of articleship and i have an emergency, but my principle not allowing to go on leave and he is saying if u will go on leave than i will write a letter to ICAI including some wrongful subject, which may impact my career. Please advice whether i have any remedies or what can i do, if my principle do such thing.
