submission of 103form will b delay by 8days ( aft 30days provission) as der is no form available at blore institute from past 15days n my agreement is of retrospective effect. so please experts reply me abt the procedure f delay and reason th I can specify...it would b of great help.

then u could have taken a printed from the webiste of icai, they will say the same thing and now u need to pay the condonation fees

You need not mention any reason for delay. Just take a DD for 100/- and submit it along with the other forms.
