Which one is the best?

one of my friends wants to start a new business. his income is already above rs. 10 lakhs. now he is not sure for the purpose of his new business (he is opening a cafeteria) whether he should go for company or partnership firm or proprietorship? other persons indulged in his business are also from his family, so HUF is also an option. kindly suggest.

Article

I started my articleship on 29/12/2013 and I have completed my 1 year articleship now.

I am writing my IPCC on May 2015 so i want to take a transfer from my current firm now & take a break from articleship for 5 months.

Then i am planning to continue my artcileship in new firm in another state.

Is this possible? Is there any drawbacks for this?
