12 January 2015 one of my friends wants to start a new business. his income is already above rs. 10 lakhs. now he is not sure for the purpose of his new business (he is opening a cafeteria) whether he should go for company or partnership firm or proprietorship? other persons indulged in his business are also from his family, so HUF is also an option. kindly suggest.
