to form a partnership in whose name stamp papers will be purchased.
Partners or the partnership firm

Applicability of pf/esi

a partnership firm a manufacturer is covered under esi and pf.

one of the partner carries out proprietory business in the same premises on different floor- with 4-5 employees doing trading activities grocery items

is ESI/PF applicable to the proprietory business also

I have been trying to apply online PAN application for a partnership firm & it is asking for registration number of firm. The number on registration copy is mentioned as 233 of 2015. so please suggest how should i write this in PAN application form.

anyone please let me know whether an establishment will get a registration certificate for EPF or a ESIC Code??or both??
if not both, then the difference between the above two.

My attempt was in Nov 16, many people are saying coarse is going to change from May 16. So , I just want to know, when should I have to register for study material to have latest coarse ??
