a partnership firm a manufacturer is covered under esi and pf.
one of the partner carries out proprietory business in the same premises on different floor- with 4-5 employees doing trading activities grocery items
is ESI/PF applicable to the proprietory business also

EPF is applicable on a Factory and any other estabilishment specified by Govt.in case of more than 20 employees.
ESI is applicable when Employees are more than 10 in an estabilishment.
ESI is appicable to all States except Manipur,Arunachal Pardesh, Sikkim, Mizorum
