I am a CA Final Student, I know how register Pvt Ltd Company but I have a small doubt that is, may submit online application without help of any CA or CS. Because it our own company and I will be one of the Director in that company.

I feel that I have done a wrong thing after qualifying CA because in my home town 8th pass persons are using the stamps of some members by just paying them 25000 per month. Please help me to curb this unethical practice as we are family.

my company want to invest outside India and it can be possible via incorporating the WOS but the limit to invest in it is 400% of the net worth of the company as (per last audited balance sheet of the company).

my question is can we get our balance sheet for the year 2015-16 audited in this month for this purpose?

as our net worth is not enough as per our investment need so can we increase our paid up capital and than get the accounts audited so that as per last audited balance sheet our net worth suits to our investment...

plz clarify this....is it possible or not????

Hello. I am a book seller & the books are all education books. We supply to Schools colleges & IT companies.

Recently we supplied some Education Book on Delivery challan to IT company at Hyderabad. The books was not relevant to their project so they returned through some courier.
