11 August 2015 Please share the Procedure for complaint of a member allowing a person Who is just 8th pass to sign on his behalf and run a branch

11 August 2015 01. Make an application to the Council of ICAI, Disciplinary Committee, New Delhi on plain paper along with your KYC.... date of birth proof and residence proof.
02. If possible, also send the documents which have been signed by a non-CA, claiming to be CA. Alternatvely, you may produce the so called 8th standard passed person signing as CA documents in due course of hearing as well.
03. Dont forget to mark a c.c. to the concerned CA who has allowed 8th standard pass person to sign in his place.
