Overseas investment limit

if help me out from this situation.

my company want to invest outside India and it can be possible via incorporating the WOS but the limit to invest in it is 400% of the net worth of the company as (per last audited balance sheet of the company).

my question is can we get our balance sheet for the year 2015-16 audited in this month for this purpose?

as our net worth is not enough as per our investment need so can we increase our paid up capital and than get the accounts audited so that as per last audited balance sheet our net worth suits to our investment...

plz clarify this....is it possible or not????

10 August 2015 2015-16 balance sheet can be prepared once the said year is completed/over. After that audit will be done. So please wait till that.
(Infosys normally publishes its accounts duly AUDITED within 15 days ...some where on 10to12 April each year...)
