10 August 2015 Hello. I am a book seller & the books are all education books. We supply to Schools colleges & IT companies.

Recently we supplied some Education Book on Delivery challan to IT company at Hyderabad. The books was not relevant to their project so they returned through some courier.

Education Books are exempted of tax

Now they are asking for e sugam. Pleaselet me know how to release the parcel of 18 books
