Does the syllabus really changing from may 2016 for ca final

please help kindly tell me whats the procedure to incorporate a proprietorship firm . and how

I haven't cleared my ngroup 2 of ipcc my final CA attempt is in nov 16. My articleship is in churuchgate and i stay in vasai I am confused should I take transfer or not. I have completed 1.8 years of articleship

Sir, I am in 11th month of Articleship and want to take transfer but since iam not being allowed to take leaves , it is being difficult for me to search for any other good firm. So can I take termination as of now and start with another firm any time or since iam in 11th month of articles should i get registered within 1 month?

I am a CA Final Student, I know how to register Pvt Ltd Company but I have a small doubt that is, may i submit online application without the help of any CA or CS. Because it's our own company and I will be one of the Director in that company.
So give clarification as earlier as possible.

I just passed my ipcc both groups. I wanted to know whether doing articleship in a small firm effects getting a good job in a big firm after finals? please help.. thankyou in advance
