Dear Colleague
I have recently received my Membership number. also my Individual firm name approval is under process. so is it possible for me to conduct an audit in my Individual name by using my Membership Number without obtaining FRN Number?

You can very well do the PRACTICE in your individual name. No approval as such is required for the same.
