NPV (Net Present Value): if the NPV is +ve for risk free rate, accept the proposal
IRR (Internal Rate of Return) : Ifthe expected rate of return is lees than IRR, accept the proposal.
FV (Future Value) If FV is greater than the compounding factor at IRR, then accept the proposal
IRR (Internal Rate of Return) : Ifthe expected rate of return is lees than IRR, accept the proposal.
