19 August 2015 NPV (Net Present Value): if the NPV is +ve for risk free rate, accept the proposal

IRR (Internal Rate of Return) : Ifthe expected rate of return is lees than IRR, accept the proposal.

FV (Future Value) If FV is greater than the compounding factor at IRR, then accept the proposal
