I have completed my articles but didnot receive any confirmation for institute. If there is a way , I can find out about my articleship status.

The NRI remits thro banking channel to his parents. The parents invest these remittances in immoveable property in the name of the NRI/After three years, the property is sold and the proceeds are being credited to NRO account including capital gains.

Can these proceeds be retransmitted to NRI in normal course

The parents are in possession of FIRC for the remittances received from their son.

Kindly clarify and give the procedure to be followed

I am MFG, i have one doubt below mention......
Suppose i am selling my product@Rs. 100 Per PCS. To manufactured this product the costing is RS. 70 materials, RS 5 electricity exp. Rs. 10 labour, Rs. 5 other exp. RS. 10 profit, however i have two query regarding this....
(1) weather my above costing method is correct or not... if not plz provide me correct method...
(2) why vat is applicable on total Rs. 100/- i thing vat should be payable on Rs. 70 (materials portion) and on balance Rs. 30 the ST should be payable.. plz clarify my query....

I have completed 2 years and 8 months of articleship and had given final exams in nov; 2015 . I am being called by my prinicpal in office for completing balance 4 months of articleship. But i dont want to go back now because of huge distance from my hometown and want to continue the balance period in my hometown itself.Is there any solution available so that i can convince my prinicpal for allowing me to complete the balance period in my hometown?
