As you all knows that our respected P.M AND F.M recently announced the 3 scheme in india relating to Gold.
In Gold Monetisation Scheme, i want to know how the Maturity will proceeds.
whether we will receive our original gold deposited or in any other forms.

1.Maturity proceeds of "short term" deposit can be opted in gold or Indian currency. If gold option is sought, gold will be given back but not in the original form of ornaments what has been deposited.
2. For medium term and long term deposits ,maturity proceeds will be given only in Indian Currency.
