I have completed CA-PE-II. In order to write the finals, I will have to do 3 years article ship.

I am currently working for a Multinational company and am in "Internal Audit" team. I am currently doing the audit work. Can this be considered as the relevant articleship experience and will I be eligible for writing the CA final based on this experience?

CAN A COPARCENERS HAVE A DIFFERENT HUF AND IN WHICH HE WOULD BE A KARTA
FOR EG. MR. VIJAY KAMBLE A SON OF MAHESH KAMBLE IS A COPARCENER IN HIS FATHERS HUF AT A SAME TIME AS KARTA HE HAS FORMED HIS OWN HUF. '

Scenario:
1)Will get Salary in India and for the same amount will pay tax
2)As we are having Valid Work permit, Even we will pay tax in Poland for certain amount
3)Will get perdiems and perks in abroad

Query:
1)Can we open NRI account
2)If we can open NRI account, can we remit our savings, If yes is there any tax implication
3)Is there any tax implication if the company transfers perdiem from foreign account to our NRI account
4)As we are paying Tax in India and also in Poland, Is there any better way to handle funds with out any hassle.

When we use form c AND form 31 and what is the impect of this if we forget any of these. is there any relation between form c and form 31.please explain it with practical
