26 July 2007 When we use form c AND form 31 and what is the impect of this if we forget any of these. is there any relation between form c and form 31.please explain it with practical

Form C was used for Interstate sales for a lower sales tax rate of 4 % instead of 13 %.

Form 31 was used for II sale where no tax was charged within the state.
