My company has trasfered stock from Maharashtra(Registered Office at Mumbai) to Gujarat(Branch Office at Baroda). Now, My question is Branch Transfer of stocks are exempt from levy of sales tax, Which form is required to issue, from which state, What are the documents are required for assessment purpose to prove that these transfer of goods are Branch transfer?

THe Company has purchased a car and has given its maintenance to a different company which will look after drivers salary, maintenance, fuel etc. So, whether the amount paid to that company liable to FBT? The NSE website has a compliance questionnaire for the Brokers registered with NSE. However, the BSE site doesnt have any such list. What are the compliances to be done by a broker on BSE? How can i find out the complete list of compliances?
