MAY ANYONE PLEASE TELL ME IMPACT OF CRR REDUCTION ON INFLATION IN LONG TERM.
IN SHORT TERM IT MAY RISE INFLATION.
WEATHER IN LT ALSO INFLATION WILL INCREASE.

I am a Practicing Chartered Accountant holding fulltime COP with effect from August 2008 but I got the membership in January 2007.

Now I want to know whether I will get exemption from attending CPE for one year from my COP date or from my membership date.

So please tell me do I required to complete 20 hrs for Calendar year 2008 (By 31st March , 2009).

Kindly do the needful ASAP.

I m a ca pcc student and going to appear in these june 09 and had taken transfer 1 week before and the examination date for filing form is near and had not got my new registration letter so will it be a problem that i wont be able to appear these june 09.

Please let me know that even if I not done my GMCS COURSE, will be eligible for campus programme.

As one of the condition for the campus programme is that your GMCS Shall be complete before 31 march 2009.

Please let me know thw consequences for the same as I am in planning to do my GMCS after six month.

and are we eligible to issue C Form against the purchase of machine for interstate purchase.

Whether diversion of land is required before creation of Registered Mortgage.
Whether Agriculture land can be used for non agricultural loan after creation of Registered Mortgage.
