Exporting from tally to excel, spread sheet option is available in my tally version. i am using tally 9 release 1.1. any one pls. help how can i get this thing.

WE HAVE TALLY PROGRAM AND WHILE ENTERING THE INTERSTATE PURCHASES, ONE ENTRY WHICH WAS AGAINST FORM C WAS ERRONEOUSLY ENTERED AS PURCHASE AGAINST FORM E1. WHILE THIS PURCHASE WAS NOT CAPTURED IN DVAT 30 THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF PURCHASES WERE ALSO SHOWN DOUBLE THE AMOUNT OF PURCHASES THAT WERE ACTUALLY ENTERED DURING THE MONTH. AFTER CORRECTING THIS ENTRY , CORRECT FIGURES ARE SHOWN IN DVAT 30. I AM AT A LOSS TO UNDERSTAND HOW ONE WRONG ENTRY COULD RESULT IN SUCH A BIG DIFFERENCE?
