Suppose Mr X an employee whose monthly wage is 15000 joined in a company. In the first month he received wage partly and and his wages say Rs 8000 will he be treated for ESI coverage. What ould be the case in the next month if he get wages Rs 15000? Please help me referring the section, it's urgent.

SINCE THE DISTANCE BETWEEN DELHI AND DEHRADUN IS LESS THAN 12 HOURS, THE NEGOTIATION DOUCMENTS MAY NOT REACH THE APPLICANT BANK BEFORE THE MATERIALS. AS A RESULT, THE TRUCK WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE DOCUMENTS TO BE COLLECTED BY THE APPLICANT AND HANDED OVER TO THE TRANSPORTER ( CONSIGNEE COPY OF MTR). IN SUCH AN EVENT CAN WE SEND THE NEGOTIATION DOCUMENTS DIRECTLY TO THE APPLICANT BANK TO SAVE TIME? OUR BANKERS ARE MERELY A COLLECTION AGENT AS WE DO NOT INTEND TO DISCOUNT THE LC DOCUMENTS.

I am a student of CA(PCC)& i want to take termination from my employer.
i am not learn any thing what a CA student should learn
My CA give me lots of mental temsion

can i take termination, all already complets my 18 months traning under him and does not want to spoli more time under him.

is there any solution for this or only solution i have to leave CA because i am not able to do any more traning under him.
