My client is running Private Limited company. In this company there is 2 (two) director They want to appoint 3rd director & sell their some stake to him what will be the procedure to transfer the shares in to name of 3rd director. Which form should be submitted for this to MCA. Plz also provide draft resolution for this.

I want Board resolution to open an Bank Account & person to whom authorized to operate the Bank Account

Today while I was browsing through this site I saw in the jobs column an offer by HCL to take CA's from Big4 accounting firms.

HCL Tech/ whosoever advertised should understand the following:

1.Big 4 people are too busy to check this
site

2.Lesser mortals are not given a chance by
people like HCL Tech

Lastly, if everyone one wants CA's fresh to experienced from only Big 4 accounting Firms then probably the institute has to rethink of its articles programme, its campus recrutiment stuff and other things

I'm working in a NBFC, we are paying approximately 2 Lacs pa to an individual as yard rent for keeping seized vehicles and there's no written agreement on that.I would like to know whether the yard rent payment to him attracts TDS? and what the percentage to levy? please advice.
