I want Board resolution to open an Bank Account & person to whom authorized to operate the Bank Account

RESOLVED THAT a Current Account be opened with SBI ......... Branch, ...., and that the said bank be and is hereby authorised to honour payment instructions, cheques, bills of exchange, and promissory notes drawn, accepted or made on behalf of the Company by Mr ....., Managing Director singly and to act upon any instructions so given relating to the account, whether the same be overdrawn or not relating to the transactions of the Company.
RESOLVED FURTHER THAT Mr ....., Managing Director be and is hereby authorised to provide certified copy of this resolution.
