My Frnd are want to establish the pvt ltd company for software making work.

And it is the big investment concept.

So help me & Let me know what is Establishment procedure of PVT LTD Company.

23 January 2010 Since the investment is big one and you are new one; better allot the work to either a practising ca or a cs.

It is a matter of only Rs.5,000/- for their fees.

But, if certain mistakes are committed which are not likely to be rectified in an easy mode; you might be in trouble.

The process is easy but till you know the technicalities of the procedure; in my opinion you should not complete it.

So get the knowledge of the work when you allot the work to CA or CS and thenafter you can see how all the proceedings have been complied with.

Just name approval Form 1A, Form 18, Form 32, Printing of AA and MA and Power of attorney its respective fee etc..etc..is not enough. Many times due care is to taken at the time of drafting of MA and AA.
