A Private Limited company received foreign remittance from a non-resident investor against the invoice payment for services rendered.
Kindly let me know the procedure like filing forms through AD-I Bank to RBI ?
If possible, I may be guided with the procedures including the forms details.

If the PVT company is an STPI Unit or EOU it might have filed Softex forms with STPI at the time of invoicing.
you need not have to file any form with AD
AD will provide you firc copy for receiving the remittance against the softex form (invoice)
